Remember that deck of infamous characters in the worlds of Iraq, Afghanistan, and the world of terrorism generally? Well, we have our own domestic deck and it's in the process of being re-shuffled.
While we're no longer "Staying the Course," and no longer "Listening to Our Commanders in the Field," we're nevertheless "Staying the Course II," and "Listening to Our New Commanders in the Field".
What was that definition of insanity? Something about "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"?
It would be laughable if it weren't for the fact that lives are at stake.
